Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1 june 2025

Welcome to Rojkam.in. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website https://rojkam.in, mobile application (“App”), and the services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Rojkam platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Service OverviewRojkam.in is a digital platform that connects:

  • Laborers, service professionals, and contractors (collectively, “Workers”)
  • With customers/employers seeking services (collectively, “Customers”)

Rojkam acts as a facilitator only and does not employ, manage, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any Worker or Customer.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1. For Customers/Employers

  • You are responsible for selecting the right worker based on your needs.
  • You must clearly communicate job expectations, location, payment terms, and safety protocols.
  • You are solely responsible for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or damages (to persons or property) that occur before, during, or after the service.
  • You agree to provide compensation, hospital/medical costs, or other liabilities in the event of any mishap, in compliance with local laws.

2.2. For Workers/Service Providers

  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration (e-KYC, ID proof, etc.).
  • You must perform your work with honesty, professionalism, and in accordance with local regulations.
  • You are responsible for your own safety, conduct, and dealings with customers.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Workers may subscribe to premium plans to get better visibility or more job opportunities.
  • If no work order is received or sent during the plan duration, a full refund will be issued after verification of booking history.
  • All payments must be made through authorized channels as mentioned on our platform.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customers and Workers can cancel bookings through the app.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
  • Rojkam reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

  • You provide false information or misuse the platform.
  • You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
  • You violate any terms stated in this agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rojkam.in is not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries arising from services performed by Workers.
  • Any disputes, misunderstandings, or conflicts between Customers and Workers.
  • Any third-party content, service links, or actions outside our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Rojkam.in, including logos, trademarks, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Rojkam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot.

9. Amendments to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
